Bangtuo food grade rubber hose is a high-hygiene product specially developed for the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries. It is made of non-toxic, odorless food-grade rubber materials, strictly compliant with FDA, EU and other international hygiene standards. It is suitable for transferring food, beverage, dairy products, pharmaceutical raw materials and other media, ensuring zero pollution and safe use.
Inner Tube: Food-grade synthetic rubber (EPDM/NBR), non-toxic, odorless, tasteless, no harmful substances, compatible with various food and beverage media, and easy to clean.
Reinforcement: Food-grade polyester fiber braid, which is non-toxic and harmless, enhancing the pressure-bearing capacity and flexibility of the hose, without affecting the hygiene of the transferred media.
Outer Cover: Food-grade wear-resistant and weather-resistant rubber, which is easy to clean and maintain, preventing external pollution and ensuring the hygiene of the hose.
Temperature Range: -10℃ to +80℃ (14°F to +176°F), suitable for food and beverage processing temperature requirements.
Pressure Rating: Working pressure up to 8 bar (116 PSI), burst pressure ≥ 24 bar (348 PSI) (varies by size).
Certification: FDA, EU 10/2011, ISO 22000, meeting international food hygiene standards.
Sizes: 1/2" to 2" (DN13-DN51), custom lengths and specifications are available.
